There’s a lot you have taught me from where I started and there’s a lot more to go.

This 12 weeks made me more:

Disciplined - starting from my diet, dropping weights back into the gym, getting to bed as early as possible to get a sound sleep (not completely, still managing)

A 2003 study in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism shows - Drinking 500 ml of water with each meal increased metabolic rate by 30%.

This allows the muscle cells to grow bigger and increases insulin sensitivity, while reducing chances of insulin resistance.

After gaining a heap of body fat after my trip in Japan... I became fed up of my belly fat and love handles and decided to totally transform my physique over the next 12 weeks and get SHREDDED.

I trained 5-6 days per week at the gym focusing on strength training and followed my own version of an intermittent fasting diet.

I took my physique from 20% body fat down to 7.8% on a tanita scale. If I can do it, so can you!

I felt like with all the hard work I was putting in with my training, I should at least see some fat loss...
