Training and eating healthy has never been as important as of today.

After the prime minster has just announced a closure of non-essential businesses and forcing people into self isolation... this definitely makes it easy to stay at home and binge on your favorite foods.

A 2003 study in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism shows - Drinking 500 ml of water with each meal increased metabolic rate by 30%.

This allows the muscle cells to grow bigger and increases insulin sensitivity, while reducing chances of insulin resistance.

What does this all mean?

You can boost your metabolism and burn more fat by drinking more water. I recommend drinking 3L of water per day (500ml X 6 times throughout the day)
